About the vacancy

As our Project Coordinator, you will support our Project Managers and delivery teams on a daily basis.

As our Project Coordinator, you will:

·      Capture, record and report technical data - utilising spreadsheets, trackers and other software

·      Ensure project records and files are collated, complete, up to date and stored in line with internal and external requirements

·      Proactively plan, coordinate and organise access, road closures, resource, logistics, etc-proactively liaising and collaborating with internal colleagues and external clients to support effective service delivery and consistency in practice.

·      Coordinate, attend and minute meetings – tracking and completing follow-up actions in a timely manner

·      Provide technical administrative support to the wider business for ad-hoc projects as required

 

In order to be successful as our Project Coordinator, we would ideally like you to have the following skills/experience:

·      Exceptional coordination skills with significant experience in a similar role

·      Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise

·      Highly competent in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

·      Experience of producing reports and analysing data

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·      Solutions focused with the ability to work collaboratively, building effective working relationships

 

Due to the nature of this role, there may be a requirement to work away from home. A full driving license is essential.
