The Validium Mental Health Support Programme is a comprehensive platform of services and resources dedicated to providing mental health support to every COOMBES employee, sub-contractors and their families.
The service offers access to an independent employee counselling service, with all sessions backed up by 24-hour phone or e-mail support from certified practitioners. In addition, it includes online self-help tools and activities that support resilience building and mental fitness. These are tailored to meet employees' unique needs and can be accessed anytime and anywhere on any device.
