About the vacancy

As our Receptionist/Front of House Assistant, youwill greet all visitors to COOMBES Head Office, providing exceptional customerservice and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

 

As our Receptionist/Front of House Assistant, you will:

•        Welcome all visitors to COOMBES Head Office,providing exceptional customer service. Notify colleagues of visitor arrivalsand escort/direct to the right place.

•        Prepare refreshments for visitors and formeetings as required.

•        Ensure a professional and welcoming environment through general office upkeep (i.e. tidying, equipping, organising, plant care,etc.).

•        Promptly answer all incoming calls in a professional manner, dealing with queries where possible or transferring calls to the appropriate individual/team.

•        Monitor the Reception inbox, responding to orredirecting customer enquiries as appropriate, within a timely manner.

•        Ensure meeting rooms are prepared/set-up formeetings.

•        Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms.

•        Organise and coordinate diaries, as required.

•        Scan and photocopy documents as required.

•        Book accommodation, travel and other facilitiesas required by colleagues.

•        Process all incoming and outgoing post anddeliveries.

•        Ensure all offices are stocked with sufficient stationery and office consumables at all times.

•        Monitor and/or update various Excel trackers, asrequired.

 To be successful as our Receptionist/Front of HouseAssistant, we would ideally like you to have the following:

•        Experience in a similar position withcomprehensive knowledge of office procedures and practices

•        Excellent customer service skills and attentionto detail

•        Flexibility in your approach to work and willingto ‘muck-in’

•        IT literate with experience using email, MS Wordand Excel.

•        Excellent written and verbal communicationskills

•        Self-motivated and a team player

•        Confident and proactive in your approach

•        Presents a professional image with the qualities to act as a Coombes ambassador.

•        A good understanding and application of health, safety & environment practices.

•        Flexibility in your approach to work.
